A warm breeze and a cold cocktail are the perfect springtime combo.  With temperatures heating up, there’s no better time to enjoy one of these refreshing (and beautiful) seasonal sips.  Bottoms up!

L’Amico

L’Amico is embracing artichokes this season in a big way.  Not only will you find this spring vegetable on the menu, but they’re naming cocktails after them as well.  The aptly named Artichoked cocktail is made with Cynar, Aperol, Boodles Gin and grapefruit.

Porter House Bar and Grill

Porter House Bar and Grill has created a refreshing sip of spring with their BFF cocktail, blended with strawberry and lychee juice, and topped with bubbly Champagne.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill at The Plymouth

Get out and welcome spring with a friend by ordering Blue Ribbon’s Mai Tai for Two.  This shareable springtime cocktail combines Blue Ribbon’s house-made blend of three Rums, Triple Sec, Orgeat and Lime Juice, garnished with an orange peel, shiso, cherry handroll and pineapple.

Black Tap

With spring comes fresh flavors and whimsical menu items.  Black Tap is offering a variety of Mason Jar Cocktails that are full of fresh fruit and citrus.  Try the Tokyo Lemonade, made with citrus sake, yuzu and lemon, or the La Playa Especial crafted with soju, coco lopez, passion fruit, and fresh lime.

OAK at fourteenth

OAK at fourteenth’s tap cocktail, Living Abroad, has all of the fixings of a perfect spring cocktail with its fragrant blend of Hendrick’s, St. Germain, Suze, rosemary, grapefruit, lime, tonic, and tropical bitters.

Union Standard

Union Standard’s Promenade cocktail conjures springtime aromas with fresh lavender and lemon citrus.  Of course we can’t forget a splash of some liquid courage – Pittsburgh’s local Boyd & Blair potato vodka.

Amis Trattoria

Amis hits the mark with floral flavors and refreshing bubbles in their signature cocktail, The Ugo, crafted with prosecco, Elderflower liquor, fresh mint, and lemon.

Guard & Grace

Follow your doctor’s orders and eat your veggies!  The Garden Grace from Guard & Grace in Denver, is made with Denver dry gin, house beet cordial, lemon, and ginger.

The Rose Club at The Plaza

Roses are on our mind, and not just because the flowers are starting to bloom – The Rose Club is serving up spring indoors with their Champagne Punch, prepared with fresh lemon and strawberries, Nolet gin, and Moet & Chandon brut Champagne.

Diplomat Prime

Diplomat Prime is taking advantage of the season with their Blackberry Gin Collins prepared with Gin, fresh blackberries, sugar, fresh pressed lemon juice, and finished with sparkling water.
